TINDER CARE

The Ask:

Use technology in a creative way to address a societal problem or issue on behalf of a brand of my choice. I chose the online dating app Tinder to help eliminate online sexual harassment by introducing a new feature called "Tinder Care" to their app.

The Concept:

The new feature involves a red flag showing up next to the reported account’s profile after the report request is reviewed and approved by the team. The red flag's purpose is to alert the Tinder community to an inappropriate action taken by someone.
